Body-Based Breathwork is a transformational technique that teaches you how to breathe fully through conscious connected breath. It deepens our connection to both the unconscious patterning that sometimes trips us up and the wisdom of the body that knows how to heal.

The group workshops are held monthly and reflect a theme that aligns with each cycle of the year. In the Fall, as the natural world begins to deepen into roots and prepare for the winter, our theme will offer opportunities to explore this within our own inner landscape through meditations and facilitated practices.
Each monthly workshop includes an educational piece, a guided meditation, facilitated group reflection practice, and a 40-50 minute breathwork session. There is no skill required, and beginners are always welcome!
Please note there are a few contraindications for breathwork. The general rule of thumb is if you can take a brisk walk, then you can do breathwork. That being said, there are some medical conditions that may prevent full participation in Breathwork.
